We’ll help you to meet and build a relationship with your client through our technology. But we’re not in control of the quality of your services, activities with clients, price list, your license, nor permit. Creating a Blusherie account will become your responsibility and therefore, is at your own risk.
We also strive to maintain the platform/application to run smoothly. However, we’re not responsible for and will not be liable for the platform/application being temporarily unavailable and/or any technical issues.

We provide the Blusherie Guideline as a reference for you to follow. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to learn, update, and comply with Blusherie Guideline.
If you don’t follow the Blusherie Guideline, we may contact you to discuss it (see “How we’ll talk to you”).

Booking steps via Blusherie App 📱
You can create Blusherie Account in Blusherie App. By creating this, you’ll be added to the network and made available to be discovered by clients through the Blusherie app. Here are the booking steps:
- When a client requests a service and meets your characteristics (e.g., availability, price range, experience level, specialty), your profile will be shown as an option.
- Once a client has chosen and booked your service, you’ll receive a notification of your fee breakdown. Then, your schedule in the Blusherie app will be locked for 1 hour until the client has completed the payment.
- You’ll then receive another notification stating that the payment has been made. By that time, you cannot cancel the bookings except for several reasons.
Client’s change of plan 💬
Familiar with the word “Reschedule”? Happens a lot in the world of beauty. Should the client need to reschedule their booking, you will receive a notification from Blusherie Assistant. If the client’s revised schedule and yours did not match, then the bookings will be deemed as cancelled by the client.
Coming late to your appointment 🏃🏻♀️
First of all, please don’t be late. The client’s peace of mind is essential in our service 🧘♀. Also remember “Makeup first, showtime later”. People may depend on you before carrying on to the next step. If you can’t make it on time, you need to contact your client as soon as possible. If your client is not okay and chooses to cancel the booking, then we’ll refund all the payments made.
If you wish to call off the job 😢
If you wish to cancel the job due to any unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), you can only do so via the Blusherie app. In terms of cancellation due to sickness, you will need to provide valid supporting documents for proof. Please make sure it should be made no later than 48 hours before the appointment.
To keep this from happening again in the future, please make sure that you really have an important reason before cancelling. You can contact us to Blusherie Assistant at any time and we’ll be more than happy to help you regarding any cancellation issues.
Finding a replacement ☹️
If the client agrees, we’ll continue to find a replacement with similar characteristics of your makeup and price range for the client within 2 hours after your cancellation is confirmed.
Once we’ve settled it, all payments that have been made by the client will be allocated to your replacement. If there is no beauty artist available on the requested date and time, we’ll automatically initiate a full refund to the client’s bank account within 24 hours.
Sorry, we need to give you a time off 😔
Permanent suspension of your service will be applied for the following reasons that may include but are not limited to:
- 6 times booking cancellation in one calendar year (year to date);
- Egregious violations of our policies or this Terms;
- Fake accounts or sending another person to the appointment without our consent;
- Criminal acts.
Unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from fulfilling the appointment 😣
There are dozens of circumstances or events that we class as examples of force majeure. Wars, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions. The term also includes energy blackouts, unexpected legislation, lockouts, slowdowns, and strikes. If this kind of thing happens, you are excused from fulfilling your job. Blusherie Programs 💝
We may have certain programs, promotions, opportunities, sweepstakes, and contests for you. We also may at any time change, modify, add to, supplement, or delete the terms and conditions of any of our programs including, without limitation, changing the name, fees, and eligibility requirements to participate in such program. We will notify you of any changes by email, but will not be liable for any failure to do so.
Proprietary Rights ⚖️
With the exception of content posted by a client or Beauty Artists, all materials contained on the services, including all content, software, graphics, text and look and feel of the platform, and all intellectual property are owned or controlled by us. You may not modify, remove, augment, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from there unless specifically stated otherwise.
Please kindly note that by law you are bound to keep confidential and will not use for your own purposes, all information about the User and the operational procedures of Blusherie for whatsoever reason. Unless you need to inform your partner, manager, and affiliates about such information, they are fully aware and will take full responsibility for this confidentiality term.
Security or protection against a loss 💪
You agree to defend Blusherie Beauty and its affiliates or partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt and expenses arising from or relating to:
- Your use of and access to the Services
- Services facilitated by the Services or any interaction between you and another user;
- Our violation of any term of these Terms;
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including any copyright, intellectual property, or privacy right
- Any third-party claims or damages relating to death, personal injury, or emotional distress related to the use of the Services.
Dispute Resolution 👼🏻
If there are any disputes coming out of these services then we will negotiate in good faith and attempt to get it resolved amicably. If we fail to resolve the dispute amicably, you hereby agree to submit any legal action or proceedings to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Jakarta District Court, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

We can make changes to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We’ll keep you updated by reposting the modified Terms and Conditions and sending you the additional information you need to know once you sign up. But, you should check back frequently.
